Never Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Company") establishes the following privacy policy ("Policy") regarding the handling of privacy information in the video analysis player "SyncMotion" ("Service").
The Company may process the following information under a random user ID generated by the app. We do not link this ID to your name or email address.
Videos and analysis data are processed locally and are not sent to the Company or the providers above.
Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics collection is disabled by default. Tapping "Agree and Get Started" gives consent. The app cannot be used without this consent. You can withdraw consent at Settings > Privacy > Share Usage Data. Withdrawal stops collection and ID association and deletes local Analytics data and unsent crash reports. After withdrawal, the app remains unavailable until you consent again.
Google UMP displays a separate consent form where required. No ads are requested until UMP permits them. Where available, choices can be changed at Settings > Privacy > Advertising Privacy.
Information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States, under provider policies and contractual safeguards.
Data is retained only as long as needed or required by law. Firebase Crashlytics crash data is generally retained for 90 days.
